Since joining Dr. Bonnie’s practice as the Office Administrator at its start in January 2024, Cortney Key has leveraged her extensive background in the medical and optometric sectors, enriching her current position within the dental field. With over eight years of expertise in billing, insurance, and credentialing, Cortney’s educational journey began with her graduation from McMinn Co High School in 1996. Her dedication to patient care shines through her efforts to ensure each patient’s experience is informative and comforting, particularly in easing the anxiety surrounding procedures like root canals.
Beyond her professional commitments, Cortney’s life is enriched by her family, including her husband Alex, their two children, Jordan and Landon, and their grandson, Liam Wayne. Her passion for family is paralleled by her love for watching her son play baseball and spending quality time with her loved ones.
